The one-month application for the OTS was an incredible journey for me. The 3-rounds selection, including CV selection, telephone interview and the face-to-face interview at the head office of the Royal Dutch Airlines, was definitely a challenge. The competition was certainly fierce. Therefore, every time when I knew I was still kept in, I found myself so lucky and worked even harder. However, the application was still time-consuming and required substantial commitment. But the result proves all these efforts worthy.
To be honest, I didn’t think too much about the result during the application. I forced myself to concentrate on the preparation and tried to show a ‘real me’ to the interviewers. Not until I was informed that I had been granted the award did I realize how far I have ever been. I’m really grateful that KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Neso China gave me the opportunity to show myself. Also many thanks to them for giving me such an amazing award!
