- Filled OTS Application Form
- An English Curriculum Vitae
- An English Motivation Letter (Why you apply for the scholarship and what are your advantages)
- Score report of your English tests (IELTS or TOEFL-iBT)
- Two letters of recommendation from your referees
- Certified copy of your Undergraduate Diploma/Schooling Certificate, English version is required
- Certified copy of your Undergraduate Transcript, English version is required
- Admission letter from Dutch universities (if applicable)
- Copy of your passport
