OTS online application system
A online application system of the Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme (OTS) has been used since Dec 1st 2009. The system supports the application and enables the applicants to:
Ø Fill in the application form online
Ø Upload required documents to the system
Ø Check the application status online
Applicants are suggested to carefully read the following documents, before officially starting the application!
