The scholarships are offered on the central level of the university, and apply to all the faculties/schools.

Scholarship Offer

Maastricht University would like to finance two top Chinese students to follow a one-year Master of Science degree programme at any of the Faculties of the University. The scholarships are granted in the form of two full tuition fee waivers. The total value of the tuition fee waiver amounts to around 24,000 Euros, depending on the Master’s programmes chosen.

 

The scholarship is valid for the following one-year Master’s degree programmes

Application Requirements

  • English language proficiency: Minimum IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 90
  • GMAT/GRE score (if applicable)

 

Application Documents

  • Completely filled in OTS online application form
  • Certified copies of diploma’s, with certified English translation
  • Certified copies of transcript/grade list. These transcripts have to be embossed with the issuing school’s seal and signature, with certified English translation
  • Proof of English proficiency: copy of IELTS or TOEFL iBT score sheet
  • A personal resume in English
  • Motivation letter (why you choose this programme at the school, why you should get the scholarships)
  • Two reference letters in English
  • Photocopy of your passport (page with your personal information)
  • Admission Letter from Maastricht University (if applicable)
