Flow Chart of the Selection Procedure

The selection period can be divided into the following phases.
1) Pre-selection by Neso China, upon requests
Based on the general criteria and requirements set by OTS sponsors, Neso China support in the precedure check. Only eligible applications will be forwarded to Dutch sponsors for further investigation.
2) Document review by OTS sponsors
All eligible applications are further reviewed by selection panel of the sponsors. Candidates who are selected for the next round are decided by the selection panel and announced by Neso China.
3) Face-to-face interview (optional)
Some sponsors require face-to-face interviews and in this way, check the capability of a candidate in person. The interviews are arranged by Neso China. Interview details such as time and venue are announced by Neso China on its website www.nesochina.org
4) Announcement of winners
The scholarship winner list is to be published on the website of Neso China in May. Notification letter, together with the invitation letter for the awarding ceremony are sent to winners by Neso China.
