Selection Procedure

The selection period can be divided into the following phases.
1) Pre-selection by Neso China, upon requests;
Based on the general criteria listed above and requirements set by OTS sponsors, Neso China will help do the pre-selection. Only those eligible applications will be forwarded to Dutch universities or Dutch companies for further investigation.
2) Document review by each scholarship panel within OTS sponsors;
All eligible applications will be further reviewed by selection panel within all OTS sponsors. List of candidates who will are able to move into next round will be decided by the selection panel and announced by Neso China.
3) Face-to-face interview (optional);
Some sponsors will require face-to-face interview and in this way, to check the capability of a candidate in person. The interviews will be arranged by Neso China. Time, venue and candidate list of the interviews will be published on the website of Neso China: www.nesochina.org
4) Announcement of winners
The list of scholarship winners will be published on the website of Neso China in May. Scholarship offer, together with the invitation letter of the scholarship awarding ceremony will be sent to all winners by email in the mean time.
