This form of cooperation could be combined with Study in China campaign and should be based on the acknowledged credits. The credits students gained in the other country should be transferable and recognized by their local credit system. English-taught course have to be available in targeted qualified Chinese institutions. Through the communication amongst students, the image and quality of Dutch higher education would be clearer to Chinese students. Meanwhile, students in Dutch institutions acquire the access to Chinese culture and English-taught programs. This is also beneficial to Study in China campaign.
