Neso China Holland Touch Design Competition Reward
Neso China Holland Touch Design Competition has come to the stage of winners rewarding. During a month work collection, we have received 34 great design works. After careful selection, the best design has been rewarded to Mr Bin Yu, who comes from Northeastern University. He will go to Utrecht Summer School for a two-week course and record his study in Holland experience to send back. Other 5 excellent works have also been chosen as below. Thank you for all your support and attention.
由Neso China 举办的“Holland Touch”艺术设计大赛于7月7日完美落幕，大赛奖项华丽诞生。最终的最佳设计大奖由来自东北大学中荷生物医学与信息工程学院学生于滨获得，大奖为一张往返荷兰的机票，乌特勒支大学两周免费暑期课程，住宿等。除了重头大奖，还有五位获得优秀设计奖项的同学，分别获得了Neso China橙色电脑包，荷兰艺术类书籍以及纪念品。在新浪微博全程积极参与的网友将会产生两名幸运奖。
历经一个月的Neso China艺术设计大赛，力邀所有能写会画的人，设计构思心目中的荷兰印象，得到了社会各界的广泛关注和积极响应，最终收到参赛作品近40幅。为了进一步吸引学生对荷兰和荷兰高等教育的关注与参与，本次赛事在各大院校，网站，BBS，社交网络进行了推广，并邀请了乌特勒支大学艺术系教授Nausikaä El-Mecky和Neso China办公室Director Mr. Jacques D. van Vliet作为评审，从专业的角度和对荷兰的了解程度进行了评审，获得最佳设计大奖的于滨同学还将记录自己在荷兰学习生活的情况，在活动专区与同学分享。
此次大赛获得了各方的支持，Neso China深感荣幸，并且感谢大家的关注，以后我们会举办更多丰富多彩的活动，更好地推广荷兰的高等教育。
获奖作品选手名单和作品如下：
最佳设计奖：于滨 东北大学中荷生物医学与信息工程学院
设计理念： 采用折纸的元素。用折纸郁金香作为作品的核心元素，用橙色和绿色的鲜明对比色，表现荷兰是一个历史悠久又活力无限的国家。以郁金香代表荷兰，这是一个充满魔力的城市。郁金香散出的香气中蕴含有荷兰的典型元素。
评审意见：A very professional design and who knew that a flat green meadow could look magical! The cloudy swirls turning into a windmill and other Dutch symbols are a great idea and look both great from afar (when it's just swirls) and up close (when you see that there are figures hidden in the clouds).
优秀作品奖： 1.林晓燕 大连外国语学院国际艺术学院
设计理念：下面的方块是荷兰风格派代表蒙德里安的代表作品，小兔子是荷兰著名的动画片《米菲和她的朋友们》里的主人公，今年刚好也是中国的兔年，作品想表达的是米菲在搭建一个东西，据我了解，荷兰的建筑都非常又自己的特点，而且荷兰人的艺术涵养都很高，整个国家的艺术气息都非常浓厚，看吧，一个小兔子都可以建筑出这么有艺术感的建筑。
评审意见：It looks great and is hilarious. The design of Miffy and Mondrian's painting are surprisingly well-matched in their stark black lines and blocks of colour. Combined, these two two-dimensional images suddenly make each other three-dimensional: the abstract work of Mondrian suddenly becomes a dangerous place to move through. Really good composition, great discovery of the matching styles of Dick Bruna and Piet Mondrian and very original.
2.赵冰杰 北京交通大学
设计理念：《一家》通过将中国古代绘画《消夏图》和荷兰名画的有机结合，以此比喻两国艺术的融合，既艺术能拉近空间和时间上的文化距离。
评审意见：Another funny and original collage, the Vincent van Gogh 'view' through the Chinese window works surprisingly well. The Dutch windows on the left are so well integrated you only notice after a while that they are not part of the original Chinese image. The flowers in the original Chinese print do look a lot like the photo shopped tulips in the left corner, which is a fun discovery. A playful and well-made collage.
3. 赵冰杰 北京交通大学
设计理念：《文字遐想》通过对油画架、郁金香、雨伞、皇冠、帆船、女性头像和风车等艺术文化符号的引用和加工加强了字体的象形性和可读性，并可以作为荷兰的专属字体。
评审意见：It's a pretty design on first sight, clean and minimalistic, on second sight, it turns out that the letters are made of Dutch symbols such as a boat and a crown. A playful yet tight poster, the colours are great, so is the composition.
4. 张璐 广州市大学城
设计理念：用水彩滴在纸上的痕迹组合成荷兰的H字母。
评审意见：The only real abstract design amongst all the submissions, a brave and well-executed choice: the 'H' conjures up all kinds of associations with the Netherlands, not just because of its orange colour. It is also reminiscent of tulips, of boats, of sea waves and of a flock of birds. Beautiful and a bold concept.
5. 洪婧 四川美术学院
设计理念： 橘色头发：曾经在网上看见荷兰女皇节的盛况，一直都很向往参加那样的节日。而其中特别让人印象深刻的是一个带着橘红色假发的少女，充满了青春的活力!后来也听说橘色是荷兰的国色，从此便像想到中国就想到红色，想到荷兰，脑海中便出现了灿烂的橘色，以及那位带着灿烂笑容的少女，风车翅膀：不知道从什么时候开始，一想起荷兰就会想到风车。画面中少女的翅膀便是风车的叶片，叶片旋转，便带着少女飞翔，飞向梦想。郁金香：一直都知道，荷兰的郁金香闻名世界，所以少女手中的花儿，代表着荷兰遍地的郁金香。
评审意见：An interesting attempt to create a female representation of Holland, sort of like 'Marianne' is for France. The dreamy quality, flower-like colours and fine drawing make it a pretty picture with great colours and floaty movement and a balanced composition, The windmill-wings are a fun idea which is well-integrated into the drawing.
