Students can find all available scholarships on the Nuffic Grantfinder: http://www.grantfinder.nl/content/index.asp.
PhD position sometimes are offered in form of vacancies (so the student receives salary while doing research for a university, he or she is employed by the university). All available PhD vacancies can be found on www.academictransfer.nl . Otherwise the student can visit the website of the University for more information about scholarships that are made available by the university itself.
