The OTS Online System to be Launched(“荷兰橙色郁金香奖学金项目”全新在线系统即将启用)

The Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme (OTS) has established good fame amongst Chinese prospective students. For the academic year 2009-2010, 22 top Chinese students were financed by the OTS and went to study in Dutch universities.
In order to handle the increasing number of Chinese applicants and simplify the application procedure as much as possible, CSCSE-Nuffic Neso China has decided to digitalize the scholarship application. The digital system which is supposed to be officially established in December 2009 will enable qualified Chinese students to apply for the OTS directly online. OTS sponsors and officers of CSCSE-Nuffic Neso China can share the applications through the digital platform as well. The to-be-developed system will greatly improve the working efficiency and create a paperless environment that makes it easier for applicants.
荷兰橙色郁金香奖学金项目已经在中国学生群体中树立了很好的声誉。在刚刚过去的2009-2010学年中，22名优秀的中国学生在橙色郁金香奖学金的资助下，远赴荷兰求学。
为了应对日益增长的奖学金申请，以及最大可能地简化现有奖学金的申请流程，中国留学服务中心-荷兰高等教育国际交流协会合作办公室(CSCSE-Nuffic Neso China)决定将奖学金的申请过程全面数字化。这个数字化的申请系统有望在2009年12月正式向广大申请者开放，合格的申请者可以在线递交所有申请材料。橙色郁金香奖学金的赞助商和中国留学服务中心-荷兰高等教育国际交流协会合作办公室的项目官员，也能够通过这样的一个数字化平台，共享所有申请信息。这个建设中的在线系统能够极大地提高工作效率，创造一个方便学生进行奖学金申请的无纸化工作环境。
