An Online Picture Contest --- “Images of the Netherlands”, organized by Nuffic –Neso China, will be held from late March to the end of April 2010, at Orange Community Forum, where visitors can submit a digital photo and caption depicting the beauty of the Netherlands. The contest mainly aims to promote the public's acquaintance with the Netherlands and dedicated to enhance the impression of the Netherlands as an ideal destination for Chinese students to pursue higher education. This contest is jointly organized by sohu(www.sohu.com). The competitition result will be notified at the end of May.

活动背景及简介:
中国留学服务中心-荷兰高等教育国际交流协会合作办公室(以下简称Neso China), 携手中国最大的门户网站之一搜狐网(www.sohu.com)，共同发起最新一轮的“我眼中的荷兰”-橙色风在线贴图大赛。
本次活动的时间为2010年3月18日-4月30日。有兴趣参与本次活动的朋友，请登陆Neso China官方论坛桔子社区(http://bbs.nesochina.org)，开始上传你的得意之作！
本次活动的评选结果会在5月末公布，获奖的朋友会得到Neso China赠送的大奖！更多关于本次贴图大赛的信息，请点击这里
参赛对象：
无年龄、国籍、地域限制，所有热爱中国和荷兰的朋友均可参与
活动环节：
海选阶段：3月18日到4月18日
参赛者可在“留学荷兰”板块以跟贴的方式（点击这里）参与活动，可以一贴一图，也可以一贴多图。图片的大小应不低于800X600像素。无论是风景图还是人物图，只要是能有关荷兰的，能表明荷兰特点的图片均可参赛（鼓励原创，非原创图片务必注明出处）。贴上的每张图片都请注明“用户名（注册昵称）及 图片名”。图片名自拟，如配有文字说明更能帮助入围决赛！参看示范贴。
Neso评审小组会在海选阶段结束后选出最美的50张图片，提供给合作网站Sohu参与决赛。
决赛阶段：4月18日至5月18日
Sohu提供图像展示平台，由网友进行网络投票。最后参考网评得票数， 由Nuffic-Neso China与Sohu的专业人员，根据照片视觉表现与文字概述严格按照评选标准集体评审。
