Neso证书成为Nuffic证书：将有哪些改变？/Neso Certificate becomes Nuffic Certificate: what will change?

自2010年6月1日起，Neso证书将由荷兰Nuffic总部直接签发，证书更名为Nuffic证书。新的申请流程将于5月31日在Nuffic 官方网站发布。5月31日前Neso证书申请流程不变，仍按照Neso China网站的申请程序进行。

As of 1 June 2010, the certificate formerly known as the Neso Certificate will be issued by Nuffic in the Hague instead of Nuffic Neso China in Beijing.Detailed information on the revised procedure will be published on Nuffic Website on 31 May 2010. Please note that until 1 June 2010,application procedure will not change.
