Requirements
  • Academic requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, as specified per programme in the programme admissions requirements
  • English level: TOEFL iBT 90; IELTS 6.5
  • GPA:  85%
Additional requirements Applicants must meet the criteria above and be in the process of applying to or already be admitted to one of the TU Delft, Faculty of Applied Sciences 2019-2021 MSc programmes listed above.

TU Delft’s 2 year MSc programmes are conducted fully in English and include coursework, an internship, and a research thesis.

The TU Delft, Faculty of Applied Sciences OTS is a full scholarship covering tuition fees and living expenses. It is open to excellent applicants for the following MSc programmes:
